ServerHub expands it’s footprint to the Windy City, citing growing Demand for Chicago.

Dallas TX - January 21, 2016 - ServerHub, a privately held Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) provider that specializes in dedicated server and cloud based virtualization applications, today announced that it has finalized expansion into the Chicago area. The facility will help ServerHub continue to meet the growing demand for high quality dedicated, cloud infrastructure and Enterprise Disaster Recovery services out of multiple geographical locations within the United States.

The new datacenter located in the heart of downtown Chicago further executes ServerHub’s 2016 mission to expand operations to a global presence to meet the always changing demands of it’s Enterprise customer base.

This latest expansion brings the total ServerHub operated facilities to three geographically diverse facilities within the US market.

"We've spent a lot of time carefully researching and planning our expansion into Chicago. We’ve seen high demand for quite some time in the Chicago area, and our customers have long since expressed a desire to host their applications and infrastructure in the Midwest. We’ve listened to our users, and the decision to expand into Chicago was clear. We’ve seen great success in the Phoenix and Dallas markets, and we applied the same principles of high availability, high scalability and redundancy to our build out in Chicago. This facility will allow us to meet the changing demands of our enterprise customers, while also allowing us to focus on highly scalable disaster recovery options as well for our current customer base.” said John Brancela, Chief Executive Officer at ServerHub.

General Availability for IronMetal Dedicated Servers, IronGrid Big Data and IronGrid SSD is set for January 26th. The new Chicago location will also feature ServerHub’s newest addition to the IronMetal family, the newly introduced Intel E3 v5 Processor Family, which offers more flexibility and expandability than it’s predecessors featuring up to 64GB of memory per E3 Bare Metal Server vs the traditional 32GB.
