Warez Sites or Similar Content

Before you list your item or content on our network, you need to find out if your item is allowed on ServerHub® and if the type of item is subject to certain restrictions to avoid potential issues with your account. As an ServerHub® member, you are ultimately responsible for making sure that selling an item or posting content on our network is legal in the eyes of the law.

As per the ServerHub® User Agreement, which states in part:

"You MAY NOT: Post, transmit, display, distribute or promote in any way, information, software, or other material that violates, plagiarizes or infringes the rights of third parties including, without limitation copyright (including, without limitation, offering pirated computer programs or links to such programs, information used to circumvent manufacturer-installed copy-protect devices, including serial registration numbers for software programs, or any type of cracker utilities), trademark, patent, trade secret, rights of privacy or publicity or any other proprietary right."

indicates that Warez sites or mentions of such sites with illegal intent are not permitted on our network.
