Rules for Everyone (Overview)
There are rules that all ServerHub® members, both free and paid account members, need to know and follow. These rules are created to protect you and keep our network a safe place to transact, as well as participate in our Community.
1. Rules about General Member Conduct
ServerHub® Members cannot:
- Interfere with the ServerHub® Website
- Use Profanity on the site
- Infringe on our intellectual property
- Continue to use our services if a member's account is suspended
- Be in violation of our Service Non-Payment (SNP) Policy
In addition to the above policies, the following rules regarding Identity also apply:
ServerHub® Members:
- Must be at least 13 years old for free accounts, 18 years old for paid accounts
- Cannot misrepresent their identities.
- Must always provide valid and complete contact information
- Must use their account, and choose any Community ID's according to our rules.

2. Actions we take based on specific violations
Violations of ServerHub® networks policies are not tolerated and may result in a range of actions, including:
- Limits on account privileges
- Restrictions on account access
- Forfeiture of ServerHub® Services fees on restricted, limited or terminated accounts
- Loss of Preferred Member Status
- Request for a security deposit on an active account
- Account Suspension
- Referral to Law Enforcement

- Unsolicited Email Spam
- Spamhaus Advisory List Non-Compliance

Minor Offenses
Serious Offenses
- False or missing contact information
- Harassment through email or other electronic vehicle
- Previously Suspended Users
Severe Offenses
4. Information Regarding Administrative Actions taken by ServerHub®
ServerHub® will review and consider the history of each individual who is reported prior to taking disciplinary action.
Disciplinary action may range from a formal warning up to Indefinite suspension of a user's account. Out of fairness if a person is unable to provide visible proof regarding an offense, Infinitie networks will not be able to take action, without absolute certainty.
